Shipping fees vary depending on your location and will be shown during checkout before completing your order.
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or a message from the courier company with delivery updates.
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, sealed, and in its original condition.
We accept:
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Online payment (Visa / MasterCard)
• Wallet payments
• Installment companies (Souhola / ValU / Contact)
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare or body care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace or refund the item immediately.
Refunds are processed through the same payment method used, or as store credit if preferred. Please allow up to 7–10 business days.
Orders can be canceled before shipping.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after receiving it.
